3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Mangalam Marketing understands your needs and takes utmost care to deliver your ordered product as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping on most orders placed from our site www.mangalammarketing.com.

However, in some cases, shipping and handling rates may apply based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.

Please read on for details about Shipping & Delivery from www.mangalammarketing.com:

• The ordered products are shipped to you within 7-10 working days from the date of order. However, during festivals, sales, or special circumstances, it may take longer.
• One order can be shipped only to one address, specified at the time of payment. For shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders accordingly.
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day through reputed delivery partners.
• While we aim to ship all items bought through a single order together, in some cases, it may not be possible due to different product sizes, characteristics, locations, or availability.
• All orders are shipped with a tax-paid invoice from Mangalam Marketing. A virtual copy of the invoice will also be emailed to your registered email address.
• If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Mangalam Marketing Customer Service immediately.
• If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and submit a ticket via Contact Us, mentioning your order ID.

4. REFUND & REPLACEMENT

Mangalam Marketing will provide a refund or replacement only when a request is made within 24 hours of receiving your order and under the following conditions:

• Delayed delivery of the product: If the product is not received within the stipulated time, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 working days. (Mangalam Marketing is not responsible for delays in refund processing due to bank delays, calamities, or national holidays).
• Wrong product received.
• Under condition 2, we will not arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the complete product with packaging and accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) not notified by you will be deducted from the advance payment, with the remaining amount refunded. If a replacement is requested, the cost of any missing items must be paid in advance before shipment of the replacement product. No refund or replacement will be provided for defect-free products based on aesthetic differences such as shades, colors, or minor variations in appearance or sound quality.
• There may be delays in refunds due to bank delays, calamities, or national holidays.
• A customer can request a refund if the product received does not match the specifications mentioned on the website. No refund will be entertained for physical damage (if not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product), electrical surges, or damage caused by the user.
• Please note that depending on the circumstances, the refunded amount may be subject to deductions for bank and delivery charges.
• If you received a freebie with your product, the price of the freebie will be deducted upon refund if you do not return the entire order.

5. PRODUCT PRICING

• Product prices listed on the website are current. While every effort has been made to accurately label the products, occasional errors in data entry and updates may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a transaction has been processed at an incorrect price.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, applicable exchange rates and bank charges will apply as per the issuing bank or institution. We have no control over this, and any disputes or inquiries regarding exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to your card issuer.
• All orders are confirmed at current prices. Invoices will reflect the prices in effect at the time of payment receipt and invoice generation.
• Our products are subject to GST in India.
